Who we are
Rapid Hub is a SaaS business platform that helps users create invoices, manage customers, store workspace details, and connect third-party services that support billing, payments, and communications.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect information when you use Rapid Hub through our website, APIs, connected integrations, and related services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, password, account preferences, business profile details, invoices, client records, notes, and support messages.
If you use messaging features such as Hub Chat, we collect and store the content you send, including channel messages, direct messages, mentions, attachments, and message delivery metadata, as well as messages other users send to you, so we can deliver, display, and retain those communications for your workspace.
If you connect integrations such as Google sign-in, Gmail, Zoho Mail, Stripe, or Razorpay, we may process account identifiers, tokens, API keys, metadata, and related connection details needed to operate those features.
We also collect technical information automatically, including device information, browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, logs, cookies, and usage events for security, authentication, and service improvement.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, session cookies, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect authentication flows, remember preferences, and support security and product functionality.
We may also use browser storage or similar local technologies to preserve interface state, such as route transitions or other session-related behavior, so the app works correctly while you are using it.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the platform, authenticate users, generate invoices, save business data, send notifications, support integrations, process payments, detect fraud, and improve the product experience.
We may use your data to respond to support requests, enforce our terms, investigate abuse, maintain service reliability and backups, and comply with legal obligations.
We use messaging content only to operate communication features within your workspace, deliver and sync messages across devices, send related notifications, and keep the service secure. We may remove content that violates our terms or applicable law.
We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and disclosure
We may share information with service providers that help us run the platform, such as infrastructure, storage, email, payment, analytics, support, and security providers.
We may disclose information at your direction when you connect a third-party service or ask us to send data to another provider.
We may also disclose information if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect our rights or users, prevent fraud, or respond to an emergency.
Third-party integrations and processors
When you connect a third-party service, you authorize us to exchange information with that provider as needed to enable the integration and to store the connection details required for ongoing operation.
Examples include Google for login and mail services, Zoho for mail services, Stripe for payment features, and Razorpay for payment links or related payment workflows.
Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider’s terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Google user data
If you connect your Google account, we may access account identifiers and profile details needed to sign you in and manage the connection, including your email address and basic profile information.
If you connect Gmail, we request permission to send email on your behalf so Rapid Hub can send messages or invoice-related email through your connected account after you choose to use that feature.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data.
We store the Google connection details required to keep the integration working until you disconnect it, delete your account, or we remove the connection for security or operational reasons.
You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting the integration in Rapid Hub.
Payments and business data
If you enable payment features, we may store invoice identifiers, payment link identifiers, payment status, and related accounting data so the platform can reconcile activity and mark invoices as paid when appropriate.
Payment card numbers, bank credentials, and similar sensitive payment instrument details are handled by the applicable payment provider and are not intended to be stored in plain form by Rapid Hub.
If you paste an API key or secret into the application, that credential is processed only to activate the integration you selected.
Data retention
We keep account and business data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you delete your account or disconnect an integration, we may retain limited records for legal, security, audit, tax, or backup purposes for a reasonable period.
Certain data, including invoices, payment records, audit trails, and security logs, may need to be retained even after deletion where required by law or legitimate business needs.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, API keys, and access to connected third-party accounts.
Your choices
You may review and update many account details directly in the app.
You may disconnect integrations, change your settings, or delete your account where that option is available.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
If we materially change how we access, use, store, or share Google user data, we will update this policy and notify users before the change takes effect where required.
Children
Rapid Hub is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
If you believe a child provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps under applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
If a change is material, we will provide notice as required by law before it takes effect.
